Planning Implementations
In truth, all software has flaws, all software is unfinished. That's not a failure to be overcome, it's a fact of the medium.
Early adopters care surprisingly little about a lack of polish or awkward workarounds, as long as our software solves their core pain points. Retaining and growing our early adopters means we don't have to offboard these potential customers from other solutions later on. The sooner we beat our competitors to market, the less we spend on user acquisition. So we ship fast, and we ship frequently.
After product features have been milled into sprint tasks and assigned to respective teams and engineers, we begin planning our implementation.
